Summary :
The mandatory lockdown due to the health crisis in March 2020 has led to temporary closure of a hospital unit for teenagers with psychological problems and deschooling. To compensate this loss of access to occupational therapy sessions, an experimentation of telecare has been proposed in group session with writing and painting activities, raising many questions, showing its limitations and its full potential. This publication raises the specific features of the teenagers, the lockdown effects on mental health and the resulting situations of occupational deprivation, before introducing the setting up of telecare during this period.
