Kim Barthel is a Canadian occupational therapist. She is passionate about human relationships, understanding behavior, attachment theory, neurobiology, trauma and movement. She co-authored the Canadian bestseller Conversations with a Rattlesnake: Raw and Honest Reflections on Healing and Trauma. In 2019, she was honoured with the prestigious Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Award of Merit for her significant contributions to the profession. For many years, she has shared her expertise around the world through conferences, training and consultations, notably through her company, Relationships Matters.
