Summary :
Changes in society, both in our occupational therapy profession and the students profile, are prompting occupational therapy schools to vary their teaching methods. OSEC seems to be an appropriate tool to link the need to train the students through skills, and healthcare simulation, an effective and recognized tool. Already present in the curriculum of medical students, we tried to experiment this tool in our training institute. Students and teaching staff were able to highlight positive points as well as areas for improvement, validating the value of this exercise and opening up prospects for development in our initial training.
