Summary :
At an international level and for many decades, many articles have been published about the professional identity of Occupational Therapists, role blurring, and a potential relationship between weak professional identity and burnout. There are few articles about this subject in France. Consider-ing Occupational Therapy practice in Mental Health, the number and characteristics of professionals are generally unknown, despite the synthesis work of the editing of the Guideline. The aim of this article is to describe several elements of Occupational Therapy practice based on the experi-ences of numerous French Occupational Therapists.
